Intus Capital’s average equity investment size is €40-80 million per investment, which it can increase to €150 million on specific investments.
Currently Intus is focused on capitalizing on the dislocation in the Turkish currency and real estate markets by investing in healthy rent-generating assets, with an emphasis on shopping centers.
