Intus currently manages Nef-EBRD JV, a $120 million equity joint venture between EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) and Nef, one of Turkey’s leading real estate developers. The platform invests in greenfield student housing and residential projects.
Intus also invests discretionary mandates for its institutional investors. Intus Capital’s equity investment size ranges from $20 million to $80 million per transaction.
